How would your Combiner look? Transformers

Generation 1 Transformers will always be my favorite.  There is just something about that first season of the cartoon and seeing the Autobots and the Deceptions fighting each other that made me giddy.  I always loved how they alway introduced new characters and they were more awesome than the ones before them.  All-time favorite character is Soundwave, no one can come close.

One of the coolest robots that was introduced was Devastator.  Remember when the Constructicons first united and formed this bad mother? I mean it was just awesome to see all the different pieces become the legs, hands and then stand tall as this behemoth robot! If I had to pick my favorite Combiner team it would have to be the Aerialbots. I guess it was because I was into planes at that time, thanks to Top Gun, that I really liked the Aerialbots

Ok, now think about the conversations and debates you had with your friends about what Combiner team you would have liked to see.  I always thought it would have been cool if the Dinobots could unite and form some huge dinosaur like robot.  If you have ever thought of making your own team, now is your chance to have some input into the next "Fan Built Combiner" coming out next year.

Last year for the Transformers 30th anniversary Hasbro had their first "Fan Built Bot" poll and the winner was "WindBlade" who currently has her own widely popular comic book series.
Last year's winner, WindBlade.
Starting now fans can have input into building next years latest Combiner and all it takes is an app and a few minutes a day.

Heres's what Hasbro has to say:

Starting today, the official TRANSFORMERS brand app (formerly the official TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION app) will be updated and fans will be able to log-in and answer a round of questions to help shape the identity of the new Combiner characters. The Fan Built Combiner poll will allow fans to determine everything from the types of vehicles involved, to whether the characters will be AUTOBOTS or DECEPTICONS, and eventually the name of the new character.

Voting for each round will be open for one week, after which the results will be announced and a new round of voting will begin the following week, with three total rounds of questions in all. Additionally, the world’s leading dedicated toy retailer, Toys“R”Us, will host a “bonus” question on its Twitter channel (@Toysrus) on February 18, allowing its followers and fans to join the conversation and vote on the Combiner’s special power. A full reveal of the new Fan Built Combiner is expected later this year, with the character available as a toy in 2016.

To participate in the poll, fans will need to download the free official TRANSFORMERS brand app on iOS [http://hasb.ro/TF4APAIT514] and Android [http://hasb.ro/TF4APAS514]. Starting with the Fan Built Combiner update, launching soon, the refreshed app will become the premiere destination for TRANSFORMERS fans and will feature first-look and behind-the-scenes images and information on new TRANSFORMERS: GENERATIONS toys. Additional information is available at TRANSFORMERS.COM as well as the official TRANSFORMERS Facebook page at Facebook.com/Transformers.

The app is pretty easy to use.  You log on choose your allegiance and answer a few questions.  I think fans will have a lot of fun with this app and knowing that they had a part in making this Combiner when it comes out next year.

Will this Combine be better than the Constructicons? Who knows, but we will find out when it is released next year.
