Last year, the Fandads were lucky enough to see the animated movie Long Way North. With all the animated movies that were released last year, it was refreshing to see one that did not have musical numbers or 3D rendered characters. Although Long Way North did not have the same conventions as those movies, it did follow the tradition of having a strong female character in the lead role.
