Enjoying a Starry Winter Night with Van Gogh

Last night I was able to attend the Media Event for the new Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit Chicago.  I have been seeing the ads all week on television and on social media, and I was very excited to attend. On the drive there I was thinking about how the experience will be and what works of Van Gogh I will see come to life. I felt that I was building up my expectations too high, and when I arrived at the event and enveloped myself in the work, I was not disappointed. 

A New Age with The Croods. #Giveaway

Late last year we were able to view The Croods: A New Age from home and we enjoyed it. My children and I watched the first movie to catch up with the characters and we had a good time following the Croods on their new adventure. With the Digital release available today we can not wait to go back and also see what cool new behind the scene features are available.

We have praised our love regarding the new version of Blue's Clues & You and this latest DVD is right up to par with the last release. This show is so much fun to watch with your children! While my daughter finds herself to be a little too old o watch this, I do catch her humming the songs to herself every now and then. Grab some popcorn. The Casagrandes has been one of our favorite new shows that is on Nickelodeon right now. We love seeing the adventures of the family and the fact that we can relate to some of the characters make it that more special. It is not often that you see a Hispanic family on television and to have a cartoon series all to themselves. The show has a lot to offer and is a must-watch for any family.
