A New Age with The Croods. #Giveaway

Disclaimer: The Fandads were provided with giveaway codes for The Croods: A New Age in return for coverage of the home release. All thoughts, opinions, and fights with prehistoric monkeys are our own.

Late last year we were able to view The Croods: A New Age from home and we enjoyed it. My children and I watched the first movie to catch up with the characters and we had a good time following the Croods on their new adventure. With the Digital release available today we can not wait to go back and also see what cool new behind the scene features are available.

Stepping into the New Age with The Croods

Disclaimer: The Fandads saw an advance stream of The Croods: A New Age in exchange for a review. All thoughts, opinions, and Weird Eyes are our own.

The original Croods came out in 2013. While I did not see the movie when it originally released I did watch it online with my chldren a few times and thought it was a fun movie. It was good for what it was: an escape movie. Now we are in 2020 and The Croods: A New Age is being released into the theaters. What new adventures will the family get into? Let's find out.

Get Ready to Rock with Trolls World Tour

With the pandemic facing the world right now, families are at home and looking for ways to make their nights enjoyable. Watching the same movie over and over is one thing that we have been doing at our home, but luckily movie studios have either been releasing movies early on digital or premiering them at home.

Make Epic Choices with George and Harold in Captain Underpants Epic Choice-O-Rama

Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie is a movie I can watch over and over with my children. I think my son actually watches it twice a month in our household. If you have never seen it here is our review and why we highly recommend it. The movie is a great tale of friendship between two boys and how their imagination strengthens their friendship and get them in trouble now and then.

Exploring the outside world with Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts

We always love watching new shows with our children and lately we have a few favorite shows on Netflix that my children and I watch together. Yesterday we started watching Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeast and we went through half the series before bedtime. With the bright colors, frenetic energy, interesting characters, and fantastic music, this show has become one of our newest favorites on Netflix. I think we will watch this series a few times until the next season comes out.

The Importance of Family and Friends in Abominable #giveaway

When I first saw the trailer for Abominable I already knew how the movie will play out: Girl finds Yeti. Girl befriends Yeti, Girl helps Yeti get back home. Now while this sounds like most movies you have seen before, the journey on how they get there is always the best part of the movie. Abominable may seem like something you have seen before, but it is not like something you have seen before.

Just in Time for Halloween is The Spooky Tales of Captain Underpants: Hack-A-Ween

Captain Underpants is a staple in our household. My daughter has the books, which she reads to her brother every now and then. When the movie came out we watched it, enjoyed it, and my favorite part was at the end of the movie. We have watched the movie a lot at home and when the series came on Netflix we were excited. If you have not watched the show, take some time to watch them and then get ready for the new Halloween special.

Horsing around with Spirit: Riding Free #giveaway

(Disclaimer: The Fandads have teamed up with Netflix to promote Spirit: Riding Free in exchange for a giveaway opportunity for our readers. All thoughts, opinions are our own or that of our children.)

On May 5th a new show premiered on Netflix about a group of girls and the horses they befriend called Spirit: Riding Free. Now while this show is not a continuation of the movie that came out during some of our childhood, it does have a connection to it. The Fandaughters caught a few of the episodes over the weekend and they enjoyed what they saw.
