The Pile Just Keeps Growing.

With raising a 3 year old, being a teacher and preparing for a second child in April my gaming time has pretty much gone out the window.  Although I try to make time to get in a few games, my pile just keeps growing.  Here are a few shots of the games that are piling up.  Also, add to this that I haven't picked up my Gears of War: Judgement yet and Bioshock Infinite comes out next week.  One good thing is that I am on Spring Break next week, so hopefully I will be able to knock a few of the games of the pile.

The few games that I have played in this pile are Ni No Kuni, Far Cry 3, Dishonored, Nike+ Kinect Training and the Sesame Street Season 1. 

As much as I love the comic and TV show, I have yet to play this game.

God of War Ascension Announced!

So yesterday it was officially announced that the next game in the God of War series is going to be titled: God of War Ascension.  The only information that is known is that this game takes place sometime before Kratos became the god of war.  Check out the teaser trailer below.



According to the official Playstation blog; "Be sure to tune in to PlayStation.Blog and God of War: Ascension on Facebook on Monday, April 30th at 8am Pacific Time for a live streaming event that will give you a glimpse of what’s in store for God of War: Ascension."

Video Game Time 5/4 Edition

Last week I talked to you about how I was still playing God of War III and was having trouble beating Zeus. This week, same story. I've had only a few times to play because I am just caught up with Super Street Fighter IV on the PS3. Now I haven't played online yet, because I'm getting my moves right, but this game really brings me back to playing it at the arcades back in the day. Now on to this weeks game news. If you have finished God of War III, unlike me, you will know that you are taken to the website SpartansStandTall.com which showed a mysterious figure standing in the rain with what looked like a countdown in the upper right-hand corner. Many people believed this to be a teaser for the next game and it turns out they were correct. Coming later this year God of War: Ghost of Sparta will be released for the PSP. I think it's time I invested in getting one of those.
