One thing my family loves when we go see a Pixar movie is the shorts that play before the movie. From the funny "For the Birds" to the most recent "Lava", we love seeing the creativity in these shorts and can not wait to see them again. Luckily, Pixar has been making it easier for us by putting their most recent shorts together and selling them in one collectible bundle.
The Pixar Short Film Collection 3 has a few of my favorite shorts on it and I can not wait to watch these with my family. The few shorts on here that I will tell you to watch immediately if you have not seen them, is Partysaurus Rex, Sanjay's Super Team and Lava.
"Partysaurus Rex" continues the adventures of the Toy Story toys at Bonnie's house, but in this episode, Rex gets to be the hero. I love some of the lines in this one and it's just fun to think that this goes on in your bathroom when you are not around.
"Sanjay's Super Team" is just an awesome action-packed adventure. The fact that there is hardly any dialogue makes this one that much more amazing and I really like the look of the characters.
"Lava" is such a great short that you will be singing or humming that song long after it is over. The visuals and the music are just beautiful.
There are so many other great ones to talk about, "Bao" come to mind, but you will have to experience these for yourself if you have not already.
