Star Wars Rebels Final Season Home Release and Giveaway

Disclaimer: The Fandads were provided with a review copy of Star Wars Rebels Season 4 in exchange for doing this giveaway. All thoughts, opinions, tears, and laughs are our own...yes, tears.)

If you have not been watching Star Wars Rebels you have been missing out on a great expansion to the Star Wars universe and some incredible storytelling. Now, this may sound like a big statement to make, but if you have been watching the show you know it is a fantastic show and that is why it is bittersweet that is has ended.

I am going to try to make this as spoiler free as possible because there are some big events during this season, but since you already know this is the last season, you know things are going to go down.

There has been a lot of great cameos throughout the seasons and the great thing about them is that they are not just thrown in because it is Star Wars. These cameos help us get a better understanding of how the Empire is affecting the universe and it also shows us how the characters grow too.

From seeing Lando in action; to the return of Maul, there are a lot of amazing moments in this series, but as I stated before, this season gave us one of the main baddies that has the Force to stop the Rebels. See what I did there, force...ok, nevermind. By the way, if you are thinking it's Vader, he was after the team in season 2.

When it was announced in March that this season was the last season, there were many speculations about what this meant for the characters. In the movie Rogue One, we see Chopper on the base at Yavin IV and we see their ship The Ghost in the space battle above Scarif. So seeing this in the movies, gave us hope that their story will continue on.

From the beginning of the series, we have seen Ezra Bridger go from a street kid/con artist to a young Jedi apprentice learning about the Force and his place in the world. This season we see Ezra take a bigger role. When he takes the led to rescue Hera in the episode, "Jedi Night" we see a hint of the leader he will become. We also see Ezra learning about his role in the universe in the episode "A World Between Worlds".

This season truly keeps the message of what it means to be a Jedi and the episode "Jedi Night" has to be the strongest episode from the entire series. I don't want to give much away, but the title is a great play on words and this has to go down as one of the greatest moments in television history.

Star Wars Rebels Season 4 is a fantastic continuation of the Star Wars universe and I hope we get to see more from the crew of the Ghost in future adventures. Thank you for an amazing series!
