I remember when I first heard that they were making a Guardians of the Galaxy movie I thought it was not going to do well. A talking tree and raccoon is not going to be an easy take for those that are not familiar with the comic and boy am I glad I was wrong. Guardians of the Galaxy is one of my favorite series of movies from Marvel Studios and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 has picked up where the last one left off. The movie was just released on Blu-ray this past week and it is a blast to watch at home.

Last night the latest trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 was released and it shows our favorite group of misfits, with some new friends, doing what they do best: shooting stuff up and showing the quirky relationship that they have with each other.
Let's talk about the poster for a minute. This poster is a great throwback to late 70's, early 80's science fiction movies. I like the way it looks like Star-Lord is disco dancing while everyone else is in an action pose. This is definitely a poster I want in my office at home.
What an awesome new poster! I am so excited about this movie that just seeing this new teaser spot has me wishing it was May already! This new spot shows us a lot of great moments: Drax about to jump into some big monster's mouth, Gamora firing a "HOLY CRAP IS THAT GUN HUGE!" gun, Rocket being Rocket with the quips and Yondu walking around while controlling his arrow with his whistles.
While there a lot other great moments, I recommend checking out the trailer below and mark your calendar for May 5th. Who knows what other great scenes we will see in the movie.

With the huge #DoctorStrangeEvent going on in California right now, Marvel has decided to release a treat for their fans to whet their appetite for the next movie in their line up: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
Earlier today the first teaser poster was revealed showing the entire group just relaxing against a wall with little Groot almost hidden by Star Lord's boot, and a few minutes later the first teaser trailer was released.
So much good stuff in this trailer and again some hilarity on how Drax is still trying to understand humans. What's with Rocket and Yondu walking all calmly with bodies falling around them? Also, is that Nebula that has the cloak removed from her? We'll find out the answer to all these questions when Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 comes out next year on May 5th, 2017.
